What happens after we decide to book you for our event?
Once we are set on all the details, you will receive an email with a digital Client Contract. Even though you will need your email to access the form, you don't need to create an account or log in for this. Once you access the contract, please fill in any requested information and sign either with your computer mouse, trackpad, or with your finger on your touch screen device. After signing simply hit submit. Please make sure you read the contract thoroughly and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me.
When and how do we pay?
Once you’ve agreed to the specifics of your booking and decide to proceed, I’ll require a non-refundable 50% fee due at signing. This fee is in place to hold your date and time. The rest of the fee is paid a day before your event.
​In terms of payment methods, I currently accept Venmo and Zelle. If you would like to pay with credit card or a check please let me know ahead of time.

Do we get to choose the images that we want, or do you pick them for us?
You will receive a curated set of images at a minimum count per hour depending on your package. I take a great pride in my work and hold all my images up to certain standard so by curating your gallery I can make sure to deliver the best photographs possible.
During the curating process I only get rid of images that were technically not correct and potential duplicates but I never hold back and will deliver all the images that I have.
How will we receive our photos?
Once all payments are cleared, you will receive your images in a personal password-protected gallery via email link. You can download your photos right in the gallery an unlimited amount of times and to an unlimited number of devices.
The gallery and its link will expire 1 month after delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your session up to two weeks prior to your session's date. Please keep in mind that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, even if you cancel before the two-week time frame prior to your session.
In case of acute illness or emergency, you are allowed to reschedule as late as the day of your session, and can reschedule it to any date within the same calendar year.
How long will it take to see our photographs?
I am probably as excited for you to see your images as you are, so I strive to deliver your photographs withing 5 business days. However in busier season it can take up to 10 business days. If you need images for a specific date please let me know ahead of time and I can see what I can do.
Do you offer prints?
Yes, I do! Not only prints, but I also offer a selection of printed products.
